Richwoods in Frisco

Richwoods is one of the new, hot, gated communities in Frisco.  This community is located between Coit Road and Independence Parkway, just south of Rolater and just north of 121.  At completion this 500 acre property will be close to 1,600 homes.  This development will have a true sense of community.  Some of the features include a guarded entrance, an elaborate club house,  nice sized wellness center, resort style pool, ten sport fields, excellent Frisco Schools and more.

The homes in this community range from $300,000 to mid $700,000.  The builders include Landon Homes, John R. Landon Signature Series Home, K. Hovnanian Homes, Toll Brothers and Newcastle.  There are three different levels of homes and various lot sizes.  The included finish out in the middle range is amazing.  You will have to see it to believe it.

This community is selling fast.  The models are barely up, some not even open, and the houses are filling in quickly.  With pre-owned inventory down, it is definitely causing stress on the new home market.  If you are thinking about buying a new home in the North Dallas area, I would do it now.  The builders prices are going up due to a demand on labor and building materials.

Just remember, when you are buying a new home in the North Dallas area, make sure you use a Realtor.  Having a Realtor involved in the process will not effect your bottom line.  The builders in North Dallas market to the Realtor community.  They rely on the Realtors to bring them business.  Remember the builders always represent themselves and the Realtor can represent you.  We see the building process all of the time, where most consumers see it once or twice in a lifetime.
